Fares

Quoted fares are based on the vehicle, the route and the dates given at booking. Changes to any of those may change the fare, and we will tell you before it does. Tolls, parking, entry fees and interstate permits are charged at actuals.

Minimum running

Outstation hire carries a minimum of 250 km per day. A day means a calendar day, not 24 hours from pickup.

Driver allowance

A daily allowance applies on multi-day trips. A night allowance applies where driving falls between 10pm and 6am.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply, and is waived where the reason is a cancelled or diverted flight.

Waiting

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after landing. Beyond that, waiting is charged hourly.

Liability

All vehicles carry valid insurance and permits. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, strikes (hartals) or forest department timings, though we will always work to reroute around them.
