Privacy policy

We collect only what a booking needs: your name, phone number, email, travel dates and pickup details. Flight numbers, where given, are used to track arrival times and nothing else.

How it is used

To quote, confirm and run your trip, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Sharing

Your name and pickup point go to the assigned driver. Where a booking includes a houseboat, hotel or permit, the minimum detail needed is shared with that operator.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Retention and access

Booking records are kept for accounting and tax purposes as required by Indian law. To ask what we hold, or to have it removed, email book@veluracab.in.
